SAINT JUDE  RECOVERY SERVICES

We assist individuals and families in connecting with community resources such as food programs, housing assistance, identification card applications, Medicaid, and other health insurance applications. Our goal is to help prevent relapse, foster stability, and reduce isolation by building a supportive community. We also work in partnership with various systems to create structures that empower individuals to find purpose in their God-given lives.

Our program aims to support individuals who have been previously incarcerated in successfully reintegrating into their communities. We focus on treating substance use disorders and establishing sustainable recovery pathways. Our services include connecting individuals to housing and employment opportunities, assisting with job applications, providing mentorship, and guiding them to community resources. By helping individuals seize their second chances at life, we aim to reduce recidivism, increase sobriety rates, enhance employment stability, reconnect families and communities, and alleviate pressures on social systems.

We offer free access to hygiene kits as well as life-saving naloxone for individuals and communities to help prevent opioid overdose deaths and promote safer, healthier environments in areas with high overdose death rates.

In partnership with Saint Jude’s Healthcare Services, we work alongside individuals and families on their journeys toward healing from substance use disorders and mental health challenges. Our commitment is to provide personalized care that empowers clients to overcome obstacles. Our goals include reducing overdose deaths, promoting long-term recovery, decreasing recidivism, minimizing repeat service calls, and fostering a healthier, safer community.

Support for Seniors is focused on enhancing the well-being, dignity, and independence of older adults by providing compassionate, reliable, and community-based services that address their health, social, and daily living needs.

Housing for Seniors is designed to provide safe, affordable, and supportive living environments that promote dignity, comfort, and independence while helping older adults remain connected to the care and community resources they need.
