We assist individuals and families in connecting with community resources such as food programs, housing assistance, identification card applications, Medicaid, and other health insurance applications. Our goal is to help prevent relapse, foster stability, and reduce isolation by building a supportive community. We also work in partnership with various systems to create structures that empower individuals to find purpose in their God-given lives.
